An important notice will come home this week about Iris.  Iris is a CBE personalized learning tool that will be introduced to students in the coming months.

Today in math, students completed an addition and subtraction assessment.  These assessments allow students to demonstrate personal strategies to solve equations.  Tomorrow, students will be assessed on multiplication and division.

We continue to learn about Global Citizenship in Social Studies.  We learned how the International Olympic Committee promotes Peace and Global Citizenship through sport.  We learned about the Olympic Truce and created commemorative stamps with our own personal symbol that represents peace and/or global citizenship.
